A people business. With an AI engine.

Most studios are agencies in expensive clothing. They sell hours, build slideware, and walk away when the work gets hard. We were built the other way around. Our product is talent — human talent, augmented by a permanent workforce of agents. Everything else is leverage on top of an environment where good operators want to stay.

Verax sits at the intersection of three things the market keeps trying to separate. We uplift enterprises that have eight disconnected AI tools and no operating layer. We license the platforms we built running ourselves — Veracity OS, Command Centre, Task, and the seventy-three-agent library. And we stand up new operating companies when the intellectual property is bigger than any single engagement.

The studio's flywheel is straightforward: every build returns cash or equity, and every build adds skills back into the agent library. The next build starts further down the road than the last one did. A four-person squad in our studio operates with the throughput of twelve to sixteen — and we price on outcome, not on headcount.

The studio is headquartered in DIFC and operates across the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Australia. We sit close to capital, close to regulators, and close to the operators we co-build with. We are deliberately not a Silicon Valley export and we are deliberately not a single-jurisdiction venture shop.

Verax owns the spine.

The studio HoldCo carries the platform IP, the seventy-three-agent workforce and the equity book. When a new OpCo spins up, the HoldCo seeds it with code, agents and operating muscle — not just cash.

02 · The Capital Partner

One strategic investor. One sidecar.

Rather than syndicate every round, we open a single founding partnership: minority equity in the HoldCo, plus a committed sidecar that takes pro-rata into every OpCo we stand up. The right name unlocks pipeline financial capital alone cannot.

03 · The Operating Partner

Founders and CEOs in residence.

Every OpCo is run by an operating partner with sector authority — not a Verax employee. They own the day-to-day. We hold equity, a board seat, and the studio's full delivery stack behind them.

04 · Strategic Stakeholders

Customer-investors and ecosystem.

Where a customer can credibly carry the venture's first $1M of revenue, we cap-table them in. Regulators, channel partners and platform partners sit at the table for the rounds that matter.
